You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of ft age and can enter into binding walton contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable beach for hotel all uses of our site by you ft and anyone using your password and login information. You walton may only use our site to make legitimate reservations beach or purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent hotel or speculative ft and walton reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, beach inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that hotel could constitute or ft encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

Our agreements walton and beach not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision hotel and ft that walton makes it explicit that no airline beach is prevented from hotel making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination ft and walton clause beach by which those hotel airlines that will ft receive walton the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make beach available on any fare hotel they publish ft and make available walton to the general public through any other channel. But that of beach course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel hotel.
