You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and buena can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available park for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable hotel for all uses of our buena site park by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use hotel our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation buena in anticipation of park demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic hotel or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give buena rise to civil liability, park or otherwise violate any hotel and buena law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful park or prohibited hotel by these Terms.

Our agreements not only buena contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity park provision that makes hotel it explicit that no airline buena is prevented from making park any fare it chooses hotel available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available buena and park on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering hotel any fare through any other channel.
