We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, bisbee terminate or restrict your hotel access to all or any component of our site. We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject to necessary scheduled bisbee downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our site may not be uninterrupted or hotel available at all times. We cannot bisbee promise hotel that our site will be error-free, that bisbee defects or errors will be corrected or that our hotel site or the servers that make it available are free from bisbee viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes or hotel attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.

Serious mischaracterizations have been made about us and the issue of who will have access to what fares. Some of those mischaracterizations have been based on simple ignorance, but others have clearly been part of a concerted effort bisbee by us competitors to use misinformation to prevent us from hotel offering new competition to them and new choice to consumers. There is no agreement bisbee by which any airline would be precluded hotel from making any fare it chose available through any retail bisbee channel it chose. Airlines for 2 decades have been like any other business in America, in that they can decide what they want to charge and where they want to sell their product. And that remains true under the our agreements. Each and every airline, no matter what kind of participation hotel it has, will be free to decide individually what fares it offers and whether or not to offer them through any other outlet.
