Our agreements not only contain no provision barring Omni and Dallas any airline from making Hotel and at and Park any West fare available through any channel, they contain Omni and Dallas and Hotel and at and Park an affirmative non-exclusivity West provision that makes Omni it explicit Dallas and Hotel that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. at Our agreement Park contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the West CRS booking fee agree Omni in return to make available on any fare they publish Dallas and make available to the general public through Hotel and at any other channel. Park But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other West channel.

Airlines Omni and Dallas make nearly all their fares that are available to the general public available through Hotel all channels, at from Park full fare down to West their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance Omni in Dallas the normal way, is made available Hotel through all channels. Web fares, however, are different than normal fares. They typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an airline at offers, and are normally Park made West available only a few days before flight time, and only on flights which have an unusually Omni high Dallas and Hotel number of empty at seats. Web fares thus are Park and West and Omni seldom available, Dallas are unpredictable, and Hotel and at are Park offered at very low West prices.
