You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding Hotel and Ambassador contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible - and Tulsa for maintaining the secrecy Hotel of your passwords, Ambassador login and account - information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your Tulsa password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate Hotel reservations or purchases. Ambassador and - You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative Tulsa reservation or any Hotel reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, Ambassador obscene, indecent, - inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, Tulsa give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or Hotel prohibited by these Terms.

Our Ambassador agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity - provision that makes it explicit that no airline Tulsa is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
